A little help before you go
Good questions. Cozy answers.
The right fit and proper setup come first. Let’s make the details easy.
Ask us a question →How should I use it in the car?
Follow the supplied installation instructions and your vehicle guidance. Use a suitable pet harness for any harness attachment. This carrier is not advertised as a crash-tested restraint.
How do I clean it?
Follow the care label supplied with the product. Remove loose hair and surface dirt gently; check the cleaning instructions before washing any component.
Is the pet harness included?
No. Pet harnesses shown in lifestyle photos are separate accessories. The carrier has its own carry handles and matching adjustable shoulder strap.
Can I choose different colors in a pack?
Single includes one carrier and one free pillow. Duo includes two of each; Trio includes three of each. Each pack uses your selected size and color. For different colors or sizes, add each selection separately.
Can my cat use it too?
Choose by your pet’s measurements and behavior. This is an open carrier, not an enclosed or escape-proof cat carrier. Check that it is suitable for your pet before use.
